How to delete your data

Instager only stores data tied to Instagram accounts you have explicitly connected. You can remove it at any time.

Self-service (fastest)

  1. Sign in to your Instager dashboard.
  2. Open Accounts → click Disconnect & delete data for any Instagram account you no longer want connected.
  3. To remove everything, open Settings → Danger Zone → Delete my account.

Through Instagram

Open the Instagram app or website, go to Settings → Apps and Websites → Active, and remove Instager. Meta will notify our deauthorize and data-deletion callbacks and we will delete your data automatically.

By email

If you cannot access either of the above, email privacy@instager.example from the address you signed up with. We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.
